Emma Reeve is the Director of Serious Risk Prevention (SRP) and founder of EMLR Consultancy. With over 20 years’ experience in adult and children’s social care, from frontline roles to senior leadership, Emma is a hands-on operator. She goes into services, tests practice, reads culture and data, and turns what she finds into clear actions, stabilisation plans, and board-ready assurance.


Personal Commitment to Safer, Better Care
Emma’s commitment to safer, better care is personal as well as professional. She has a brother with commissioned support needs and has seen first-hand what it feels like to depend on the system. As a Trustee of The Sunnybank Trust, a learning disability charity, she works alongside people with lived experience, families, and frontline teams to amplify their voices.
That mix of home life, charity work, and operational experience drives a simple aim: to help supported individuals and their families feel more confident, teams feel more supported, and leaders/boards have the truth and tools they need to run services where people’s lives and wellbeing genuinely come first.
